My paintings explore beauty in its most fleeting forms — the shifting colors of the sky, reflections of light, and the quiet moments in between. At the root of my practice, I seek to bring beauty, light and hope to my paintings and the spaces they inhabit.

I work in layers of paint and mixed media and incorporate playful brushstrokes, creating intriguing textures and whimsical compositions. 

Motherhood has deepened my awareness of impermanence. The ever changing stages of childhood and the search for balance between family and self are central to my work. Painting allows me to honor these moments while creating spaces of calm, reflection, and suspended time.

Influenced by Abstract Expressionism and the Color Field movement, I work fluidly across acrylic, oil, and mixed media. My process begins with playful studies of color and material, which evolve into larger works layered with memory, light, and emotion. 

At its core, my practice seeks to capture what cannot be held and the human emotion that comes with experiencing life and beauty around us.
